Our Story

CJN was founded with a simple observation: India produces millions of graduates each year, yet the discovery layer between candidates and opportunities remains broken. Traditional job boards drown applicants in noise. Campus placement processes are paper-driven and opaque. Employers struggle to filter at scale. We believed there was a better model — inspired by the medium young Indians are most familiar with: continuous TV.

Built by Blue Planet Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., CJN is operated as a public-good broadcast layer, monetized through advertiser subscriptions rather than recruitment fees, so the platform stays accessible to every student.
