Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CJN (Continuous Job Network) platform, including the website at cjnnow.com, the CJN TV broadcast, the CJN Reels mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by CJN (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a student account and at least 18 years old to create an employer, school-admin, or group-admin account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The Service supports multiple account roles including Student, Employer, School Admin, Group Admin, and Platform Admin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, documents, videos, job descriptions, photos, company information, and similar). By uploading content you grant CJN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting only), and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality of content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory content;
• Impersonate another person, employer, or institution;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without written permission;
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• Upload malware, viruses, or code intended to disrupt the Service;
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right.

Certain features are paid, including but not limited to video interview meetings (“Meet”), AI Interview sessions, and AI Preparation packages. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Pricing and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Where an AI Interview or AI Preparation session fails due to a technical fault attributable to CJN, we may offer a retry at no additional cost or a refund of the fee paid for that specific session. Refunds are not available for services that have been delivered as described.

Employers and their HR staff must post only genuine opportunities, must not charge job seekers for employment, and must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may remove job postings and suspend employer accounts that violate this clause.

Students must provide accurate academic, skill, and contact information. Misrepresentation of qualifications is grounds for account suspension. You are responsible for the content of applications you submit.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the in-app settings screen or the public form at cjnnow.com/delete-account. We will acknowledge your request within 7 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to the retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, and source code, is the property of CJN and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the licence granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CJN does not guarantee that job listings will result in employment offers, that applications will be reviewed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid to CJN in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold CJN harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
